1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OrbitexPDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

OrbitexPDF provides browser-based utilities for processing PDF files. Features, availability, and processing capabilities may change as the product evolves.

Files are processed on our server and deleted shortly afterwards; nothing is kept as a library you can browse. Conversions between document formats are a best effort - PDF to Word and PDF to Excel in particular reconstruct an approximation of the original, as the tool pages explain before you upload.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Pro subscriptions

OrbitexPDF is free to use within the limits of the free plan. Pro is an optional paid subscription, billed in advance every month or every year at the price shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe. The limits of each plan are described on the Pricing page.

Pro is sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which processes the payment and handles taxes, receipts and invoices. Lemon Squeezy's own terms also apply to the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If we change the price of Pro, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does. We will not reduce the limits of a period you have already paid for.

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us. Refunds are at our discretion unless the law where you live gives you a right to one, and are made through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Use automated means to abuse the service, or to circumvent rate limits or plan limits.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant Orbitex a limited license to process your files solely to provide the requested tool service.

You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content you submit.

7. Intellectual property

OrbitexPDF, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Orbitex and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Orbitex operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
