How to compress a PDF

  1. 1Open Compress PDF from the navbar or the All PDF Tools directory.
  2. 2Select or drag your PDF into the upload area.
  3. 3Choose a compression level: Smaller file, Balanced, or Higher quality.
  4. 4Click Compress PDF. Download when processing is available.

Tip. Use Balanced for email attachments; Smaller file when size matters most.

How to merge PDFs

  1. 1Open Merge PDF and add two or more PDF files.
  2. 2Drag files in the queue to reorder them.
  3. 3Set an output filename and optional table of contents.
  4. 4Click Merge PDF to combine into one document.

Tip. Use A-Z sort if filenames are consistent and order does not matter.

How to split a PDF

  1. 1Open Split PDF and upload your document.
  2. 2Choose a split mode: every page on its own, or just the pages you name.
  3. 3Confirm settings and run the split.
  4. 4Download individual PDFs or a ZIP archive.

Tip. Naming pages as 1-3,7 gives you one file per group. Ask for them together and you get a single PDF of just those pages.
