1. Scope

This policy applies to orbitexpdf.online and related OrbitexPDF products. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication provider ID when you sign up.
• Support communications: messages you send via contact forms or email.
• Usage data: pages visited, tools used, browser family, and device type. We count this twice over. Our own counter sets no cookie and never stores your IP address - visits are grouped by a one-way hash that includes the calendar date, so it cannot connect what you did today to what you do tomorrow. Google Analytics runs alongside it, sets its own cookies, and is subject to Google's privacy policy rather than this one.
• Files: content you upload for processing, handled according to our File Security and Deletion Policy.
• Billing information: if you subscribe to Pro, our payment provider Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details and billing address. We receive your subscription status, the plan and billing period you chose, renewal and end dates, and the card brand and last four digits for display. We never receive or store your full card number.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve OrbitexPDF.
• Process files you submit through our tools.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• Monitor security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing with third parties

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform: hosting, email, analytics and payments. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.

Pro subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. When you subscribe, you give your payment and billing details to Lemon Squeezy directly, and they are processed under Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy. We share only your account's email address and an internal account identifier with Lemon Squeezy, so that a payment can be matched to your account.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Orbitex, our users, or the public.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Uploaded files are not kept permanently - see the File Security policy for file retention specifics.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@orbitexpdf.online to exercise these rights.

7. Children

OrbitexPDF is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
