How to rearrange, rotate and delete PDF pages

Organize PDF pages online for free: rearrange pages, delete the pages you do not need, rotate a document that came out sideways, add blank pages, and bring in pages from other PDFs - all in one pass. OrbitexPDF keeps, drops and reorders the pages of one PDF or several, can turn them a quarter, half or three-quarter turn, and gives you one clean document back. Nothing is re-rendered, so text stays sharp and selectable. No account and no watermark.

  1. Select your PDF

Click Select PDF file or drop the document anywhere on the page. To use pages from more than one PDF, press the round + button to add more files: free takes up to 5 at a time, Pro up to 20. Each file gets its own letter and colour, shown on every one of its pages.

  2. Drag the pages into order

Every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag one to a new place, or use the arrows under it on a phone. If you already know the numbers, type the order instead, for example 3, 1, 2, 5-9.

  3. Rotate or remove single pages

Hover a page and turn it a quarter at a time, or press X to take it out. Rotate all pages turns the whole document at once. A removed page stays on screen, dimmed, until you restore it or save. To add a blank page, hover the gap beside a page (on a phone, tap the page) and press +. The blank page is the same size as the page beside it.

  4. Save the organized PDF

Press Organize PDF and download one document with your pages in order. The upload is deleted afterwards.

Why organize PDF files with OrbitexPDF

Reorder PDF pages

Fix a scan that came out of order, or move an appendix to the end, without printing and scanning again.

Rotate one page or all of them

Turn just the landscape table on page 7, or a whole sideways scan. The rotation is saved in the file, so it holds in every reader and when printed.

Delete pages from a PDF

Remove blank pages from a duplex scan, a cover sheet, or pages that are not meant for the recipient.

One pass, one clean file

Reorder, rotate, delete, add blank pages and combine pages from several PDFs in a single step, and get one PDF back. Free, no sign-up, no watermark.

Frequently asked questions

How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?

Drag the page thumbnails into the order you want and press Organize PDF. You can also type the order, for example 3, 1, 2, 4; with several files, put the file's letter first, like B3, and type 0 for a blank page. The new PDF follows it exactly.

How do I delete pages from a PDF?

Hover each page you do not want and press X. It is dimmed rather than gone, so you can restore it before saving. Only the pages you keep end up in the new PDF.

How do I rotate a single page in a PDF and save it?

Hover the page and press the rotate button until it reads the right way up; each press is 90 degrees. To turn every page, use Rotate all pages. Press Organize PDF and the rotation is stored in the file, so it stays that way when you open or print it.

Does organizing a PDF reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied into the new file as they are; only their order and rotation change.

Can I remove blank pages from a scanned PDF?

Yes. The blank pages are easy to spot among the thumbnails: press X on each one. There is no automatic blank-page detection, so it is a quick look - in a duplex scan of one-sided paper they are usually every second page. It works the other way too: press + beside a page to add a blank one, for example before a new chapter.
